DISCREET SHIPPING

All orders are shipping in discreet packaging. Nothing on the box or label indicates that what's inside is kinky. The shipping label will show that the package was shipped from "DDBG Enterprises" not "The Kinkery."

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders Monday thru Friday with the exception of federal holidays when USPS is closed. To the best of our ability, we will process your order the next business day after we receive it. (Kayla processes all orders and can be slowed down by life from time to time.)

Expect an email the same day we process your order (the next business day after you place it) to let you know your order is on the way! Orders will be shipped out within one business day after you receive this email.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery may be available for customers located in and around Ocala, Florida. Contact us at help@thekinkery.com before you place your order to discuss this option.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping costs range from $8 to $16 based on which shipping option you choose (USPS Ground or USPS Priority) as well as the total weight of your package for orders in the US. 

Orders of $75.00 or more will receive free shipping.

Orders shipped using First Class Ground should arrive within 4-7 business days once USPS receives your package. Orders shipped using Priority Mail should arrive within 3-4 business days once USPS receives your package.

The suggested delivery time is based on location. We ship from Florida, so the longer the distance between us and you, the longer your package will take to arrive.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE. This is because USPS does not guarantee delivery dates. Once USPS is in possession of your package, we no longer have control of it.

We do not issue refunds of shipping charges for delayed packages.

If your order is lost, we will replace the item but may require a different delivery address or an adult signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to approximately 54 countries.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Kinkery is not responsible for these charges; you will need to pay any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for damaged items. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@thekinkery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges for an unwanted item may be available but are not guaranteed. If we approve the exchange, you will be responsible for paying to ship the item back to us.

No refunds or exchanges for custom or made-to-order products unless it's damaged under typical use.
